Morning!
God
is "covenant-minded! (Psalms 111:5)
God
tells us to be "covenant-minded"! (1Chronicles 16:15)
Remember, I am just
laying a "foundation" concerning being covenant-minded, and we will
allow the Holy Spirit to "build" on this foundation . . . one step
at a time! This is how The Lord has instructed me do this, so that we
will "become" and "stay" covenant-minded!
God
is the ultimate "builder"! He always lays a foundation first,
and then He builds upon that foundation. That is how He did it from the
very beginning of creation, and that is how He is "still" doing what
He wants done! After all . . . He IS Jehovah God Almighty! He
is the creator of Heaven and Earth! He reigns from Heaven on high!
He is not "slack" concerning His promises! What He has
promised to DO, He will Do! There are no other gods beside
Him! He is the only "living and true God"! Without
Him, we are all lost and undone and without hope in this world! He has
made an everlasting "covenant" with us that can never be removed! The
"blood" of Jesus has sealed that covenant! Oh! Precious
ones . . . I feel the presence of The Holy Spirit! I really believe
that I am supposed to stop and pray a prayer of intercession . . . so, I must
be obedient!
Father,
I thank you for your "covenant" with your people, and I pray
for those who are reading this right now! I pray that they will
have a "hunger and thirst" after you and your Word! Help us
all to "reverence" your covenant with us, and to BELIEVE what
you say! In Jesus name, AMEN!
One thing that I have
learned in my walk with The Lord is this . . . be quick to obey the
leading of the Holy Spirit!
I will continue with this "covenant"
message on Monday! Jesus said . . . "Blessed are those that
hunger and thirst . . . they SHALL be filled"! THAT is a
covenant promise!
