Morning!
I
am going to be sharing on this subject for awhile, and so I will remind
you at the beginning of each encouragement what my reason is for sharing this.
I did this in my last encouragement . . . I gave you two scriptures at the
beginning and let you know what they said. Well, from now on, I am going
to use those same scriptures, but I am just going to tell it like it is . . .
pure and simple!
God is
"covenant-minded"! (Psalms 111:5)
God tells us
to be "covenant-minded"! (1Chronicles 16:15)
These are the foundational
"truths" that we are going to be building on! Keep
in mind that, first of all we have to learn how to "become"
covenant-minded. Then we have to find out how to "stay"
covenant-minded! Hey! I am not preaching down to anyone . . . I am sure
that a lot of you are aware of this! However, there may be some of you
out there that are like me . . . you desire to know more and more about this
life-changing message! I have been blessed with a lot of
"insight" and "revelation" of God's Word, but I desire
to stay "teachable" so that I can learn MORE! If
you have that same desire, then let's get started! ~~~~~
How do we
"become" covenant-minded? It is so simple . . . just keep
READING what God says in His Word (your Bible)! When you see a
"promise" from God that says He will do something for you . . . that
is His "covenant" Word. Remember this . . . "shall"
is a covenant "word". So, when you see that word
"shall", you can KNOW that it will come to pass if you
BELIEVE it and RECEIVE it! I am going to talk more about this tomorrow .
. . some versions of the Bible use the word "will" instead of
"shall", but it is the same-samey . . . His "will" is His
"word", and His "word" is His "will", and His
COVENANT is His "word and His "will"!
