Founder of T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries is an ordained minister and psalmist.  She has been in active ministry since 1979, and received her Bible training from Rhema Bible Church under Kenneth Hagin.  She has ministered to others through the Women's Aglow national ministry group, through many churches, Bible studies, and taught classes for a year at Angelo Bible Institute.  She operates in the gifts and under the prophetic anointing.

Currently, there are many people who consider Luanne as their mentor.  She always makes herself available to mentor, minister, or pray as needed.

T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries was founded with the "Wake-Up Call", which is a gathering of women, led by Luanne, to help them find the calling God has on their life and fulfill His purpose, will, and plan for their lives.  The acronym refers to the Wake-Up Call for women, and stands for Today Oh Daughters Assemble Yourselves.  These meetings, hosted by churches and other organizations, will become a large part of the outreach of this ministry, in God's timing.

God has expanded the vision to include the Daily Encouragement e-mail messages, which go out to all sorts of people (not just women), based on Hebrews 3:13, which also includes a part of the name T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries.
