Good Morning!

 

I want to take time to "welcome" all of you precious ones that have recently requested to receive these Encouragements!  Thank you for your interest in them, and may they be a blessing to you as you continue your daily walk with The Lord Jesus!  Please feel free to "share" them with others!  If this ministry can be of any service to you, just let us know.  We are here for YOU!   In fact, that is what T.O.D.A.Y. MINISTRIES is all about . . . helping people find out who they "are" in Christ and what they "have" in Him, so that they will be free to reach out and "help" others!  That is what Jesus did, and we are determined to "follow His example"!

 

I have been talking about our "spiritual wardrobe" . . . the things that The Lord has given us and told us to "put on" and to "clothe" ourselves with.  All of these things are letting us know who we "are" in Him, and what we "have" in Him!  I started this message on October 03, and I want to encourage any of you that have not had a chance to start at the beginning, to go to our web site and read all of them in the order that I sent them out.  This is not hard to do . . . just click on the link that is at the bottom of this Encouragement (www.todayministries.org)  and it will take you directly to the web site.  You will not have to "down-load" anything.  Once you get to the web site, then just click on the "Archives" link, and it will bring up the "current" Encouragements for October.  I just felt led to share this information for someone's benefit!

 

I have talked about our "garment of Praise" and about our "Robe of Righteousness", and now I want to talk about our "Armor of God"!  This is something that we really need to make sure we are wearing at all times, but especially at this particular time during the "halloween weekend"!  I will go ahead and give you the "hanger" (verse of scripture) where you will find this in your "spiritual closet" (the Bible, which is the Word of God).  If you will read the "scripture", you will understand why you need to "put on" this Armor for such a time as this.  Please read Ephesians 6: 11 - 18.  I will "expound" on this in my next Encouragement . . . running out of time now!  See you Friday ~~~
