What are you going to be wearing today?

 

I am glad to know that some of you "guys" are also interested in your "spiritual wardrobe", and not just us "gals"!  I kinda had a feeling that you would be!   After all, God has given all of these "garments" to be worn not only by His "daughters", but also to be worn by His "sons"!  You know what?  Father God is so "cool" . . . He wants all of His kids to be "dressed" with the "best"!  I have to say it again . . . I am really enjoying this "assignment"!  I believe that all of us are going to receive so much revelation knowledge about our "spiritual wardrobe" that we will always, in all situations, be "dressed for the occasion"!!  So, let's continue finding out what we have "hanging" in our own "spiritual closet"! ~~~~~

 

The Lord keeps showing me more and more about this as I continue to be obedient to share what He started showing me several weeks ago.  He only gave me "starters", but after I decided to obey Him and share the things that He "started" with, then He has continued to show me more!

 

Let me share with you what He showed me recently ~~~~~ Our "spiritual closet" is The Bible!  We have to OPEN it (just like we open the door of our "natural closet") to find our "garments"!  Then He showed me that the HANGERS in our "spiritual closet" are the VERSES of scripture that talk about what we are to "put on"!  So then . . . that means that we can't just LOOK at what is "hanging" there in the Bible, we have to TAKE  those "garments" off of their hangers and start "putting them on", and we do this by making them "personal" and actually seeing ourselves dressed in them!

 

In my previous Encouragements, I talked about the "garment of Praise" and also about the "Robe of Righteousness", and I showed you where the "hangers" were.  I have some more to share about the "Robe of Righteousness" and I will do that next week ~~~~~
