Morning!
We
are still in Psalms 23:1 and I am going to be sharing a lot more about all of
the benefits that belong to us when we acknowledge The Lord as our
"Shepherd", but first I want us to read, OUT LOUD, the
last part of that verse. I really encourage you to read these four words "out
loud"! Ready? I SHALL NOT LACK!
The
"word" SHALL is a "covenant word'! We, as Christians,
have a covenant with Almighty God. We need to remind
the devil of this when he tries to come against us! That is what David reminded
Goliath of right before he took his head off, and David is the one
that wrote the 23rd Psalm! David understood the power of
"covenant" and that is why he had NO FEAR of the
enemy! Oh! How The Lord wants us to have this kind of
"confidence" in His covenant promises!
Now, when
you read those "four words" (I shall not lack) . . .
remember that they are still part of the same verse that tells us WHAT
"we shall not lack"! It is found in these
"three words" . . . PROVISION, PROTECTION AND DIRECTION!
Everything that we will ever need in our lives, here on earth, are included in
those "three words"! I am going to take each one of them, and
give you "scriptures" that will make it so REAL to you what you have
when you "acknowledge" The Lord as your SHEPHERD!
