Morning!
Do
you know what hurts personal relationships the most? If your answer is,
"lack of communication" . . . then you are absolutely right!
Do you know what usually causes the "lack of
communication"? If your answer is, "Well, I am not sure",
then you are the one that this message is for! Think about this . .
. many times we are not able to keep the lines of communication open with
our loved ones because we are too "busy" or "pre-occupied"
with other things. I am going to use an "example" that
all of us can understand ~~~ Have you ever wanted to talk to someone, but when
you call them...you get a "busy signal"? When that happens,
then you are not able to "connect" with them. Right?
The Lord is going somewhere with this so "stay on the line"!
Precious
ones, if we are too busy to stay "connected" with the people
that The Lord has put in our lives (spouses, children, friends, etc.), then we
are just TOO BUSY! So, now, let's look at how all of this
"relates" to our "relationship" with Jesus!
When
He wants to talk to you . . . does He get a "busy signal"?
Does He hear, " I am not available right now, I will return your call
later". The Lord wants a "personal" relationship with you
. . . take time to keep your "line of communication" open at all
times for Him!
This
"message" is leading me in to what I will be talking about next . .
. which is how to make sure that your "relationship" with The
Lord stays strong, by keeping the "lines of communication" open at
all times! No encouragement tomorrow, but I will see you Thursday!
