Morning!
I
want to "welcome" all of you that have recently requested to receive
the daily encouragements! Thank you for your interest, and may God
richly bless you and strengthen you in your walk with The Lord. I
encourage you to visit our web site. Not only will this let you know
what we are all about, but you can be blessed by reading the "Praise
Reports". With bad news coming to us from the
"media", it is so refreshing to read the good news about what
God is doing in people's lives!
Also,
if you are a "new reader" of T.O.D.A.Y.'S Encouragements . . . or if you
have failed to receive an encouragement...you can go to the Archives and find
out what I have been talking about. Karen, who is in charge of the
website does an awesome job of keeping it updated and "current".
However, because of her other duties and busy schedule, she can only do this
once a week. We are hoping that this will change, but in the meantime,
please be patient with us.
There
is one other thing I want to ask of you (this will be very beneficial to
you and to this ministry). Your prayer requests are important to us, but it
would help us out so much if you would send them directly to Babe Shelton, our
intercessory prayer Director. She not only sends me a copy
of your prayer requests, but she also sends them to all of those that are
on her "team", which is made up of people that have been anointed
to intercede and know how to pray the "prayer of faith"

. This encouragement has probably been more
"informative" than "encouraging", but sometimes information "expedites" right results!

"Columbus Day"! (Praise God for Christopher
Columbus and his faith). He let us know that if we have
"faith" in God, we won't "fall off the deep end"!
We will just keep going and going and going . . . kinda like the "Energizer
Bunny". Come on now, that may not be funny to you, but
you can "smile" with me anyway!
If
I have any readers left, after all this, then I will be back with you
tomorrow!
