Morning!
What
I am about to say may sound "strange" to some of you, but it is scriptural
and can be life-changing for you.....in order to "live", we have to
"die". It starts first by accepting Jesus as your Lord
and Savior...that allows God to resurrect our dead spirit and make it
alive unto Him (Ephesians 2:5). But, that is just the beginning of the "dying"
process! The Lord wants our "new life" to be fruitful...He
says that when we bear fruit, it "glorifies God" (John
15:8). He also says that in order to bear fruit, we have to "die"
(John 12:24). This simply means that we have to "die" to
our flesh...our own fleshly desires and motives. This
can be painful, but believe me, it is worth it! I don't know about you,
but when I stand before The Father...I want to hear Him say, "Well
done, my good and faithful servant"!
