Morning!
Our
subject this week has been about "prayer", and the Bible tells us
that we are to be "doers" of The Word and not "hearers
only" (James 1:22). I believe that this is a timely message from The
Lord. "Prayer" changes things because it gets The Lord
involved! I want to give you a list of things to be praying about right
now....you can make a difference in these situations!
1.
Pray about the "wildfires" in California
2.
Pray for our troops in Iraq
3.
Pray about the upcoming "elections"
4.
Pray for the safety of our children during this "unGodly" Halloween
weekend
5.
Pray for our President and all those that are in authority (read 1Timothy
2:1-8)
I
know that a lot of you are already praying about these things, but there are
hundreds of people that will be reading this today, and if we all join
together in prayer about these specific situations this week, just think
how "powerful" that would be!! Thank God for the
"power of prayer"!
