Morning!
What
an awesome, and almost unbelievable, "privilege" we have been given as
human beings on this earth to be able to "talk" to Almighty
God.....the Creator of all things....the Lord of Lords and the King of
Kings......the Alpha and Omega....the One who was and is and is to
come......the One who is "all knowing" and "all powerful"
and "always present everywhere".....the One who loves us with an
everlasting and unconditional love! Isn't that wonderful to know? And
we can talk to Him, anytime, anywhere!! I am reminded of a verse from a
familiar Hymn......"what a privilege to carry everything to Him in
prayer"!
Many
people do not take advantage of this awesome privilege of a "continual
and on-going" communication with The Lord, because they think that they
have to take time to "be on their knees", or "bow their heads
and fold their hands" in order to make sure that their prayer is heard.
Hold on, I am not saying that we should not ever do that......I have
spent a lot of time "on my knees", and even "prostrate on my
face" before God! There is definitely a time for that, but we can
also communicate with God all day and even at night because
"prayer", as I have already said, is just simply "talking to
The Father"!
Don't
"legalize" your prayer life......"simplify" it!
Think about this.........What is God most interested in when you pray?
The "position" of your body, or the "condition" of your
heart? To be
