T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for May 03, 2005

Morning!
I
want to draw your attention to something that the Lord just drew
"my" attention to! If we had been "listening
up", we would have noticed this before now!
Of
course, some of you may have realized this before I did.....if you did,
then just let me say to you..."Way to go!", but be patient with all
of us "slow" ones!
When
I sat down to type out this "encouragement"...the Lord reminded me
that I have been talking about these three things~~~~FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE.
Then, He brought 1Corinthians 13:13 to my mind. That is when I
"realized" why He had me do it that way. It
was not only to give us a revelation about these three individual things, and
how they work together, but also to understand the
"power" they have to change our lives and "situations"!
So, I am going to do your "homework" for you today, please keep in
mind that the word "abide" means to come and stay forever!
This
is what God has to say in 1Corinthians 13:13~~~~~"and so faith, hope, and
love abide; faith, conviction and belief respecting man's
relation to God and divine things; hope (joyful and
confident expectation); love, true affection for God and man, growing
out of God's love for us and in us...these three things abide, but
the "greatest" of these is LOVE"! I don't know
about you, but I Praise God for the Amplified Bible....it has given me so much
"revelation" concerning God's Word! However, no matter what
"version" of the Bible you have.... it will still say that FAITH,
HOPE, and LOVE "abides"!
