Morning!
I
have been expounding on each individual "line" from the song..HOW
GREAT IS OUR GOD. Today, I am going to talk about the fourth and last
line of the song. It is the "grand finale"! It says it all,
and gives us a simple (yet profound) revelation of just how great our God
really is!
The fourth line is: He said,
"I will never leave you...just put your trust in Me"! I am
going to share with you the scripture that gives us that precious
"promise". It is in Hebrews 13:5 (Amplified Bible).
....for He (God)
Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you
without support. I WILL NOT, I WILL NOT, I WILL NOT in any degree leave you
helpless, nor forsake you nor let you down (I will not relax my hold on you)---Assuredly
not!
I have used just a portion of that
scripture, so you may want to go there and read it in it's entirety. If
you have children or loved ones that are out of the will of God, I
encourage you to take this "promise" and insert that person's
name everywhere you see the word "you". I did this, and
I saw God bring my youngest son back into the will of God for him.
I did it every day, until I saw the "answer"! Oh,
precious ones, HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!!!!
