Morning!
I
want to continue with what The Lord wants us to "glean" from the
song that I shared in the encouragement for March 02, 2005...How Great Is Our
God! I have been taking each "line" of the song and referring
to scriptures. Yesterday, I used the "third" line, and today I
want to add something to that.
Matthew
19:26 says that "with God, all things are possible".
Many times, when we are with a group of people that are expressing their
opinions about something, and someone says something that we "agree"
with...we say, "I am with you". That means that we
"agree" with what they are saying. Think about it....in our
vernacular, if we tell someone that we are "with" them, it
means that we "agree" with them. Right?
With
that in mind, then being "with" God means that we are in agreement
with Him and His "Word"! So let's look at that
"scripture" again. Instead of just saying "with God, all
things are possible", we can say..."being in agreement with God and
His Word, all things are possible"! Let me
"simplify" this...if we will get in agreement with God and what His
Word says about our situations, then He can get "involved" in our
life and take what may seem to be "impossible" and make it
"possible"!
Say
this: I will agree with God and His Word, and now all
things will be "possible" for me!
I
am looking forward to sharing about the "fourth" line of the song,
