Morning!
I
am going to continue to share what the Holy Spirit wants to reveal
to us from the song "How Great Is Our God". I hope you were
able to print it out so that you can refer to it as we go along. You can
also go to the "Archives" on our web site and bring it up...it is in
the "encouragement" for Mar. 02, 2005 and you can also read the
"follow-ups".
Okay...we
have talked about the first and second lines of the song, and now we are
going to look at the "third" line.."He rolled back the waters
of the mighty Red Sea".
God
told Moses to stretch forth his rod and his hand over the sea..(Exodus
14:16). When Moses did this, God brought forth a
"miracle"! Keep this in mind...it was not
"Moses" or his "rod" or his "hand" that caused
the miracle to take place...it was his obedience to do what God
had told him to do! Moses just "obeyed"...God
Himself performed the "miracle'! What an awesome
"revelation"! God does not expect us to make
"miracles" happen...all we have to do is just be
"obedient" to do what we can do in the
"natural", and He will do the "supernatural"!
(this is a subject that I would like to talk about another time).
If
you are needing a "miracle" in your life...then, I encourage you to
be "obedient" to do what the Word of God tells you to do. One
of those things that He tells you to do, is ONLY BELIEVE! "All
things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23). God has given
you the "faith" to believe! (that is is the
"rod" in your hand).
