Today,
I am not going to entitle this Encouragement "A Word In Due
Season", because The Lord and I have a very special
"message" for such a time as this! I have something
on my heart and the Lord wants me to take this opportunity to share it with
all of you!
First
of all, I want to "acknowledge" and "welcome" all of our
new subscribers (those of you who have recently requested to receive these
Encouragements)! Thank you for your desire to be a part of this
ministry! We are all "family" here, and we love meeting new
"siblings'! I pray that these Encouragements will be a blessing to
you and yours, and that they will encourage you to "come up
higher" in your daily walk with our Lord Jesus! Having said
that, I have more to say . . . not only to our new readers, but to all of you
that have been with me all through these years! Please allow me to open
up and share my heart with you ~~~~~~
Every time I receive a
request from someone that wants to receive these Encouragements, it is so very
"humbling" to me, (I am just being honest with you), and I think to
myself . . . "Why would any one want my Encouragements"? Hold
on now! Let me finish! I know that these Encouragements are written by
God, and I know that His "anointing" is on them and I give Him
all of the glory for them . . . but I also know that there are so many
other "Daily devotionals" . . . and "Godly e-mails" that
are being sent out by precious servants of God over the Internet.
Knowing this, just makes me wonder why anyone would want to add mine to their
long list of emails! Please, precious ones, do not misunderstand
me! I am not "fishing" for anything, I am just wanting to let each
and everyone of you know what is in my heart! I am sincerely very
grateful to ALL of you who are on my mailing list! You are
valuable and precious to God, and you are valuable and precious to me!
Some of you have been with me for almost six years now, and I appreciate your
continued interest . . . but it still amazes me when some one that I
don't even know sends me an email requesting to be put on our mailing list!
Once again, I want to thank all of you that have been so faithful to
"hang" with me all these years, and I want to thank all of you that
are just now "getting on board" with us! Welcome to the
family! We are here for you! In fact . . . you are the reason
we are here!
Okay! I'm done with "hanging
my heart out for the world to see"! I will get back to
"business as usual" tomorrow! I love you guys and gals!
