Morning!
It
is soooo good to be back with all of you guys and gals! Hope that your
holidays were blessed and "joyful"! I want to take time
to thank you for all of the beautiful cards, e-mails and gifts you sent my
way.....May God richly bless you!!
Well,
it is a new day, a new month, and a new year.....a time of new beginnings!
But,
you know what?~~~~~Every day can be a "time of new beginnings" for
us.
The
Lord tells us that His "mercies" are renewed to us each and every
morning! That is "good news" to this kid, because I need
His mercy in my life....not just every morning, but every hour of every day!!
I
want to encourage you to start each day off with that "promise" of
God in your heart (read Lamentations 3:21-26). Not only does God extend His
mercy to us each morning, but He also gives us the opportunity to
"choose" what kind of day we will have ( Deuteronomy 30:19 and
Joshua 24:15 ). Making your "choices" early in the morning
will put you one step ahead of the "devil"~~~~ don't give him a
chance to make your choices for you!
Tomorrow,
I will share one of my songs with you about "new beginnings", so
