T.O.D.A.Y.'S  ENCOURAGEMENT for Feb. 03, 2006

Good Morning!

Just wanted to let all of you know that I am fine, my computer is fine, my dog is fine, (I don't have a dog, that was just something I added that will make Karen smile)!  I just know that a lot of you are wondering why you did not get an "encouragement" from me yesterday and I do appreciate how you all "rise to the occasion" and want to know if anything is wrong.....thank you for your heartfelt concern!  You all are such a blessing to me, and I Praise God everyday for each and every one of you.  I also thank Him for letting me be a small part of your everyday life and your walk with The Lord!      Okay!  I am getting way to "mushy" here and all I really need to do is let you know WHY you did not get an "encouragement" yesterday....right?

The Lord has "enlarged my borders" again and made another change in my ministry schedule.  So.... until I get re-adjusted to this change, I may not be sending out an "encouragement" on Thursdays.  This happened once before, and all of you were so very understanding and somehow we managed to "survive" the blank Wednesdays!

Some of you "new readers" may not have a clue to what I am talking about, but I know that you can understand this~~~~Many times in our walk with The Lord, and especially when we have set our hearts to be obedient to His "Will"...we are going to experience what Greg (Karen's husband) calls "hiccups".  It may seem like an "interruption" in our conversation (the Biblical definition of conversation is "our way of life"), and Webster's definition of interruption includes the word "intermission".   Oh! I love the way the Holy Spirit works!  He makes everything so simple!

You need to get excited when God brings a "hiccup" (interruption) in the middle of what you are doing (even if it is something that you are doing for Him)!  He is just saying "intermission time"!  He is saying, "Allow me to stop and start again as I choose"!  I encourage you to read (as I have just done) Webster's definition of the words...."interruption"  AND "intermission"!  I know that The Holy Spirit is going to bring a "revelation" to someone today!   Once again, this has gone in a different direction than I had "planned"!  I guess it was one of God's "hiccups"!

Have a Blessed Weekend!!  (God's "hiccups" can be good for you!)    In His Love, Luanne
