ENCOURAGEMENT for Aug. 12th, 2002

Good Morning!
Back in June, I shared on the subject of "frustration", and now I am
going to re-share some of that with you.
I believe that all of us need to be reminded that The Lord does not want frustration to be a problem in our lives.
Again, I use Webster's definition of the word Frustration: being prevented from achieving an objective;
also it is: disappointment,
discouragement, confusion, etc. None of
these things come from God, and they are not included in His plan for your
life! (Jeremiah 29:11)
We have an enemy, and it is not other people (Ephesians 6:12). The devil is the one who wants to...prevent you from achieving your objectives; he wants you to be
disappointed, discouraged and confused.
All of us will have opportunities to become frustrated, just like we all have
opportunities to become fearful. We
have to make the decision to resist the spirit of frustration, the same way we
resist the spirit of fear.
Why?...because frustration can lead to self-condemnation or
self-pity. Then, self-pity leads to
depression, and this is exactly where the devil wants to take us. But The Lord does not want us to be ignorant
of Satan's devices (2Corinthians 2:11)... More about this tomorrow!
Have a Blessed
Day!!
In His Love, Luanne

welcome your comments and prayer requests.
