Morning!
Our
daily walk with the Lord should be just exactly "that"....a one
day at a time journey! It takes time to get from
"where you are" to "where you want to be"! So, don't
get in such a "hurry"! There are going to be STOP signs,
red lights and warning signals along the way. If you will
observe and obey them, then you can enjoy your "trip"!
God has given us the rules and regulations
concerning our "travel itinerary".....(Webster's definition of the
word "itinerary": a detailed outline for a
proposed journey).
We can find this "detailed
outline" in 1Corinthians 13: 4 - 8....so, tomorrow I want us to look
at these scriptures and go through them verse by verse. It is
amazing how many STOP signs, red lights and warning signals are there for us!
If we will just observe and obey them, we can learn how to
"simplify" our lives and begin to really "enjoy" our trip
with the Lord. Then we can help others enjoy their "trip"!
