Morning!
So
sorry that I was not able to send an "encouragement" out to you
yesterday, but as all of you know..."stuff happens"!
Yes! It happens to me just like it happens to all of you! I
had some "challenges" that I had to deal with! I don't
really like it when this happens, but you know what? Jesus said
it would! He let us know this in John 16:33 . . . I will paraphrase from
the Amplified Bible. Jesus told us that as long as we are in this
"world", we WILL have trials and tribulations and even distress
and frustration! But, He told us to be of good cheer (the Apostle James
says to count it all joy)! Jesus goes on to say . . . take courage,
be confident, certain and undaunted! I like that word
"undaunted", and will give you Webster's definition of it at the end
of this message. Then Jesus tells us why we can do this . . . it is
because He said "I have overcome the "world" and I have
deprived it of power to harm you"! Praise God for His
"covenant Word", and this, precious ones, IS a
"covenant Word" to us!
When
you are faced with trials and tribulations . . . speak this "covenant
Word" out of your mouth! Go to John 16:33 and make it
"personal" . . . after all it is a "personal"
covenant word to you! This is how we stay
"covenant-minded" . . . we start talking "covenant-talk"!

Webster's definition of the word "undaunted" . . . not faltering or
hesitating because of fear or discouragement! Wow! I don't know
about you . . . but I needed to hear that again! Remember, I am
receiving this word of encouragement for myself!
