Morning!
Let
everything that has breath, praise The Lord! (Psalms 150:6)....are you
breathing? If you remember, that is what I was talking about in the last
encouragement.....not about "breathing", but about "praising
the Lord". (come on now, and smile about that).
I
will try to be serious now....because, you know what? This is
another area of our lives that we need to keep "simple"!
Praise is powerful, but it does not have to be complicated!
Praising God is not just something we do during the "Praise and
Worship" service before the sermon is preached at church!
Hebrews
13:15 tells us to praise God continually by being
"thankful"! So when we are thanking God for
what He has done for us...we are praising Him. Can you see how
simple this is? Thanksgiving is "praise", and
"praise" is what stops the enemy from working in our lives!
Remember Psalms 8:2? Every time you say, "thank you Jesus",
you are doing spiritual warfare!
There
are so many things that we can "thank" Him for, and one
of them is found in 1Peter 2:9....which tells us that we have been
"called out of darkness into His marvelous light"!
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
