Good Morning!

Welcome to all of you that are receiving the "encouragements" for the first time.  Thank you for your interest and may The Lord richly bless you and yours!  Please feel free to "share" these with your friends and loved ones.

We are talking about "simplifying" our lives, so that we can "enjoy" our lives. The reason that Jesus wants us to get hold of this, is so that we can get to a place where we aren't thinking about "ourselves" all the time. This enables us to walk in "Love", which is the one commandment that Jesus gave to us in the "New Testament".

Love (God's kind of love) is not "self-centered"....Love "gives", instead of waiting to "receive"....when we walk in that kind of Love, we become more concerned about other people's needs, instead of "focusing on our own personal problems and needs".   God cares about your personal problems and needs, but He does not want you trying to "fix" them. That is why He says to "cast all of your cares upon Him"!  Read 1Peter 5:7...........He knew that as long as you "keep" the care, instead of giving it to Him, He would not be able to "fix" it for you!

Well, this has gone in a completely "different" direction than what I had planned to talk about, but I "trust" The Holy Spirit, so obviously someone needed to hear this!  Actually, when I think about it, this fits right in with "keeping it simple"!  We will continue with this tomorrow>>>>>>>>>>>>
