T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept.30th, 2002 T.O.D.A.Y.
Ministries Friday, we talked about being thankful.. "in" ... all of our situations and circumstances (good or bad), and we saw that this is the will of God for every Christian. All through the Bible, we can find His general will for all people. But, He also has individual purposes and plans for individual lives. God has a purpose and plan for you, personally, that was pre-arranged and pre-designed just for you. He has a "path" that has been ordained by Him for you to walk in. His plan for you is a "good plan with a good purpose", and His will for you is included in that plan. What you think you want, or what somebody else wants for you, may not be what The Lord wants for you. It might not be a "bad" thing in itself, but it may not be the plan that He has for you. For example, maybe someone wants you to be involved in something that might even be a "good" thing to do, but there again, it may not be the will of God for you. The Lord will let you do anything you want to do, and let you go anywhere you want to go, because He has given you the right to "choose". However, His way is the only perfect way. So, the safest place you can ever be is on the "path" that He has for you, and the most rewarding and fulfilling thing that you can ever do, is to get in on "THE PLAN" that He has for your life! There is so much that we need to know about this subject. It can literally be "life-changing", so I will continue with this tomorrow>>>>> Have a Blessed Day!!
