Good Morning!

Today, I am going to "reshare" another one of my earlier Encouragements.  This really made a difference in my life!

In the spring of 1997, I heard someone say something that was so profound, that I remember thinking....."I wish every person in the world could hear this!"

My television was on, but I had the sound turned off.  I don't recall what I was doing at that particular time – I just know that my attention was focused on something other than the noonday news, which was being broadcast.  At some point, I glanced at the screen and saw a man, in a military uniform, talking to reporters.  I turned the sound back on and
I knew from the conversation that someone had accused this man of something, and he was boldly maintaining his innocence.  I heard him telling the reporters, that in his native country, it was not uncommon for little children to be separated from their parents because of wars or natural disasters, etc. and that many of these children were too young
to talk, much less know what their names were.  Then he said, "If you don't know who you are, then anyone can name you whatever they want to".  He then went on to tell them that he KNEW who he was, and that he was not going to allow anyone to "label" him as something that he was not.

I heard myself saying out loud, "What a profound statement of "Truth".  We need to "know" who we are, in Jesus!  So, I encourage you, today, to get into The Word of God and find out who you are in Christ.  If you really know who you are, (according to what God says you are) then you will not let other people "label" you as being anything less!

Have a Blessed Day!!                    In His Love,      Luanne
We welcome your comments and prayer requests.
