Morning!
Well.....I'm
back! I will try to give you a brief explanation for why you all have
not received an encouragement since last Monday. Some of you have
e-mailed me to express your concern, and I want to thank you for
"caring" and also thank you for "praying" for me!
Actually, I don't really know, myself, exactly what happened. I just
know that I ran into a problem with AOL and have been trying to get them to
fix it! They have not let me know whether or not they fixed it, even
though we have asked them several times to let us know.
I am tired of waiting on them....I want to "get back to work"! So,
I am praying that AOL got their act together and fixed the problem.
I know this.....God is bigger than AOL, computer glitches, or anything else
that is trying to stop me from doing what He has assigned me
to do! Can I get a big AMEN?
This is something that we need to
remember....anytime we "purpose" in our heart to do what The Lord
has told us to do, we are going to come up against "opposition"!
We have an "adversary" (the devil), that will try to
stop us from doing anything that is a threat to his kingdom of darkness.
Notice, I said "try", but if we will believe God and His Word, nothing
will be able to stop us! Job stopped the devices of the devil by
opening his mouth and saying..."Lord, I know that You can do all
things and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted or restrained" (Job
42:1&2). I encourage you to go on and read the "rest of the
story"! By the way....it is a true "story",
and what God did for Job, He will do for you.....IF you will say to The
Lord, "I know that You can do all things and no purpose of Yours can be
thwarted or restrained"!
If you are seeking to do God's will,
you will be "challenged", but in the midst of the
challenges.....just "Trust in The Lord with all of your heart and lean
not unto your own understanding" (Proverbs 3:5). Don't try to
"figure everything out"! Hey! I am preaching to
myself as well as to you!
I am "expecting" to be back with
you all tomorrow~~~~~~~
