Morning!
When
we know what our purpose in life is, and when we are doing what
God has called us to do, then (and only then) can we really experience a life
of "peace and fulfillment"! That does not mean we won't have
"challenges"....we have an enemy that will send trials and
tribulations that are intended to stop us from doing what God has called us to
do. Jesus calls this enemy our "adversary, the devil" (
you can find that in 1Peter 5:8).
You
know what? I can relate to your challenges, your hurts and
disappointments. I have already been there, and I still have
challenges to face on a regular basis. I want to share a song with you
that has really helped me keep a right perspective through all of that~~~~
Some trials come to hinder me,
so that the road ahead, I cannot clearly see....
but there's one thing that I must do;
I'm going on, dear Lord, I'm going on for you!
There are some days that seem so long,
and it seems like everything is going wrong;
then, to my heart you bring a song...
that gives to me the strength I need to carry on!
I'm going on....I'm going on....
I'm going on towards the "mark"...towards my home.
Too many lives depend on what I do....
I'm going on, dear Lord....I'm going on for you!
I encourage you to keep on keeping
on....do what God has called you to do. Rise above the challenges and
ask God for His grace to help you. So many lives really do depend upon
what you do! We need you!
