Good
Morning!
When we make the decision to let The Lord show us where we need to make changes,
then allow Him to do that work on the "inside" of us, in the area of
our mind, our will, and
our emotions, it will make a difference in our thoughts, our desires, and our
feelings. Then, it will be easier
for us to make the changes that need to take place on the "outside".
In other words, our behavior will change, and when that happens, then our
circumstances will begin to change.
This may "seem" complicated right now, but that is because I have just
shown you the end results. As we
continue to talk about the "process" of getting "there", you
will understand the simplicity that is involved. God is not the author of confusion, (1 Corinthians 14:33). In fact, He wants to eliminate that
from our lives and replace it with Peace.
Complicated lifestyles cause confusion, frustration and stress.
Simplified lifestyles produce Peace, Joy and Contentment!
This process has to start on the inside first. That is the way God
works in everything........from the inside, out. Even our salvation
happens this way. We have to let The Lord come into our hearts and change
us on the inside, and then our outward behavior will begin to change.
Too many times, we try to reverse this principle. We think if we could just change our outward situations, then
we would feel better on the inside. We
even think that if we could just change other people, or change our appearance,
or change our jobs, or change our location, etc.- then everything would be
different. I can tell you .......it
"ain't gonna happen"! I can use this expression, because I
have--- 'been there, done that'.
I encourage you, today, to let THE LORD make the changes that need to be made in
your life, and let Him do it His way! We
will take this back up in the next "Encouragement".
Have a Blessed Weekend!!
In His Love, Luanne

welcome your comments and prayer requests.
