23:1 continues~~~~~
I
am going to finish out this week with talking about PROVISION, and then on
Monday I will move on to the second covenant promise that is available to us
when we "acknowledge" Jesus as our SHEPHERD!
I
have been talking about the different "channels" that The Lord uses
to get His PROVISION to us. The one I want to share about today is
. . . "sowing and reaping". Tomorrow, I will be sharing about
"giving and receiving". I am going to be giving you
"scriptures" about both of these principles, so let's start with the
one about "sowing and reaping" ~~~~
To "sow" means
to "plant a seed" . . . your "seed" could include
many things! When you "give" something to someone, it is a
"seed" . . . that could be "money", or a "word of
encouragement", or your "time", or your "prayers", or
"material things", etc. Now, keeping that in mind . . .
think about what Galatians 6:5 says! I encourage you to read that
scripture . . . and I am going to "paraphrase" it ~~~~ It says this
. . . "make no mistake about it . . . whatsoever a man "sows",
that shall he also "reap! When we "sow", then our
"harvest" is INEVITABLE! It SHALL come to pass!
Remember the word SHALL is a "covenant word"! Think about
what I am going to share with you ~~~~~
You
"reap" WHAT you "sow"
You
"reap" AFTER you "sow"
You "reap"
MORE than you "sow"
Think about it this
way . . . if you want a "harvest" of tomatoes, you are not going to
get it until "after" you sow tomato seeds. But,
then, as you know, if you only sow one tomato seed, you are going to get
more than one tomato! Wow, there is so much more to share
about this "principle!
