Morning!
Oops!
I didn't send an "encouragement" out yesterday.....I will try to
make up for it with a "double dose" of The Word today! Will
that be okay?
As I have said many times before...the
book of Proverbs is like a "daily" devotional. There is
a "chapter" for each day of the month. I liken this to the old
"adage" that says....An apple a day, will keep the doctor away.
Well, I believe....a proverb a day will keep the devil
away! I will talk more about that later, but since this is the third day
of the month....I have read this chapter and I want to take time to
share all of the "life changing" instructions that are embedded in
it. I am still talking about "taking the Word of God and speaking
it out loud". Not only will this change your situations and
circumstances, but it will help you to grow and mature in your
walk with God! That is His desire for you!
If you have not read the third chapter of
Proverbs today....I encourage you to do so, because I am going to be
expounding on this entire chapter for awhile. There is so much to
"glean" from it. Every word of it gives us God's
"wisdom" on how to live the "abundant" life that Jesus
died to give us!
As we walk through these scriptures, and
allow the Holy Spirit to give us insight and understanding and revelation , we
will become "doers of the Word and not hearers only"! I have
an "excitement" in my spirit about this! I believe that lives
are going to be changed...captives are going to be set free...burdens are
going to be removed and yokes are going to be destroyed! I feel the
presence of The Holy Spirit! Isn't God "awesome"?
Isn't He just so wonderful? I stand "amazed" at how He can
take someone who is just "willing" to do His Will and use them
to be a blessing to others! I know that He uses me to do this (although
I don't know why), but I also know that He will use YOU to do
the same thing! Can I get an "AMEN" from anybody?
Tomorrow, I will start expounding on the
third chapter of Proverbs...so, do your "homework"
