Morning!
Have
you ever said, or heard someone else say, things like...."I am kind of under
the weather right now"....or, "well, under the
circumstances, thus and so"....or, "I feel like I am going under"....or,
"I just can't seem to get over all of this"?
We,
as children of the Most High God, should never be talking like that!
That kind of "conversation" should not be coming out of our mouth,
because it is "contrary" to what God says about us!
As
long as we have this kind of under "mentality", we will never
be able to reach that "higher plane" that The Lord has provided for
us and desires for us to keep reaching for! God wants His people to come
up "higher", and never intended for us to settle for the
"status quo"!
Deuteronomy
28:13 says that God wants us to be "above" and not
"beneath". He tells us in Ephesians 2:6 that we are
seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Well, if you
will read Ephesians 1:21, you will find out that to "be in
Jesus" puts you "over" and not "under"! (I
encourage you to read those scriptures).
I
