Morning!
Today
is "Veterans Day"....a day when we are supposed to "remember
and honor" the men and women that have given their time (and even
sometimes their lives), so that the rest of us can live our lives in a
"free" nation. Well, I personally think that we should be
"remembering and honoring" them every day!
It
is very hard for me to understand how so many people can "gripe
and complain" about what they don't have in America, instead
of "being thankful" for what they do have! Obviously
they don't realize that "freedom" comes with a "price
tag", and the ones that are complaining did not have to
pay that "price"!
Jesus
"paid the price" to keep us from having to live in an
"eternal hell"...and the men and women in the military who have
served, and are still serving, are paying the price to
keep us from living a "life of hell on earth"!
I
encourage you, today, to thank Jesus for the "price" He paid
for your freedom, and to thank Him for the men and women in
our military that have already paid the "price" and are still paying the
"price" for the freedom of our great nation!
