T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for May 10, 2005

Morning!
Some
of us have just celebrated "Mother's Day", and so my message today
is to encourage those "mothers" that were not really able to
"celebrate" the occasion!
If
you are reading this and you do not have any children, don't stop reading!
The scriptures that I am going to share will help you to pray for others who do
have children that have walked away from God...or are in
"bondage"...or are "hurting" for many different reasons!
They need your prayers, just like you need them to pray for you and
your situations!
God
has given special covenant promises concerning "mothers and
children". You can find those promises all throughout the Word of
God! I encourage you to look up all of those scriptures and
"stand" on them! If you do not have a concordance, then ask
the Holy Spirit to show you where they are.
I
am going to share "some" of those scriptures with you~~~~
Jeremiah
31: 16 & 17 says: "Thus says The Lord: Refrain your voice
from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded, says
The Lord; and your children shall return from the enemy's land...and there is hope
in your future, says The Lord; your children shall come again to their
own borders"!
Proverbs
20:7 says that when we walk in "integrity", then we are
blessed, and our children are also blessed! (this is a good example of
why it is so important that we make sure that we walk in "integrity and
honesty"). I encourage you to really think about this scripture!
Isaiah
65:23 (listen to this, all you Mothers)~~~~"They shall not labor
in vain or bring forth children for sudden terror or calamity; for they shall
be the descendants of the blessed of The Lord, and their offspring with
them"...(that is not only talking about your children, but also your
"grandchildren")! PRAISE THE LORD!
If you didn't feel like
"celebrating" Sunday....you ought to feel like
"celebrating" now! Remember this~~~if God "promised
it", He will also "do it"! Only "believe"!
All things are possible to him who "believes"! I am totally
convinced that The Lord is talking to someone today!
