Morning!
I
know exactly what The Lord wants me to share with all of you today....it can
be "life-changing" for you, if you will believe it and receive
it!
First
of all, He has instructed me to encourage you to read the entire chapter of
Hebrews 13~~~there is so much "Godly wisdom" to be gleaned from this
very important chapter! If you really want to know how to have
"peace in the midst of your storms", and if you really want to
know how to make sure that you will be able to go through the storms and get
to "the other side", then you need to read these scriptures!
I
am going to go ahead and share verses 5 and 6 with you from the Amplified
Bible~~~
Let your character or moral disposition be free from the love of
money---including greed, avarice, lust and craving for earthly possesions----for
He has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you
without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you
helpless, nor forsake you nor let you down ( I will not relax my hold on
you)---Assuredly not!
So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say...The
Lord is my helper, I will not be seized with alarm---I will not fear or dread
or be terrified. What can man do to me?
This
is a "powerful" promise from The Lord, but it revolves around
the instructions that He gives us in the whole chapter...so I encourage you to
read it all! When God says that He will not leave us without
support, He is not only talking about the financial support that we need, but
something more important~~~~and that is the "spiritual" support that comes
from reading and obeying His Word!
