Morning!
If
you read Mark 5: 1 - 20, then you can see why Jesus commanded His
disciples to "go to the other side" (Mark 4:35).....everything that
God does, or tells us to do, is for a reason and a "purpose"!
However....satan will try to stop us from fulfilling that purpose by
sending "storms" into our lives that will cause us to get into
doubt, fear and unbelief!
Think
about it....even though they encountered a "storm" along the
way, Jesus took control and they made it to the other side! What
was the "purpose" that Jesus had in mind?
There was somebody on the other side that needed to be set "free"!
Remember
that "purpose" the next time you find yourself in the
midst of a "storm". If you will allow Jesus to take control
and give you peace in your storm, then you will find yourself on the
"other side".... and then you will be able to "break the
chains of bondage" off of someone by telling them what Jesus did for
you! Read Mark 5:19~~~~You will be blessed if you do!
God
has a "purpose and a plan" for your life. If you will
allow Him to fulfill it and complete it, then you will be blessed and you will
be able to "bless" others!
My youngest son is a "golfer",
and I have heard him talk about allowing someone to "play
through"........(I think that means letting someone "finish"
their course, without getting ahead of them). That is the way we should
be with The Lord~~~~~
