Morning!
I
want to say, "Welcome" to those of you that have recently requested
to receive the "encouragements"! Thank you for your
interest.... may they bless you in your daily walk with The Lord.
Please feel free to share them with your friends and family!
I
feel personally connected to every person that receives these
encouragements, and I believe that it is important for Christians to stay
"connected"! We are all members of the body of Christ, and we
need one another. Just as our "natural" body needs each and
every part of it doing what it was created to do in order for our whole body
to function properly....so it is with the body of Christ!
That
is why it is so important for us to know what our
"purpose" in life is, so that we can "supply" what is
needed to the other members of the body of Christ! (this is found in Ephesians
4:16). You may not think that you are important...you may think of
yourself as just a little "toe or finger". Have you stopped to
think about how hard it would be for your hand or foot to function properly
without a "toe" or "finger"?
You
are vitally important to the "body of Christ"! If you do not
know what your purpose is, then I encourage you to ask The Lord to
"reveal" that to you. When you do what you were
created to do, then and only then will you find contentment and
fulfillment in your life!
Once
again, this has gone in a different direction from what I had planned to
talk about, but I just have to be obedient to what the Holy Spirit wants to
say!
