I
want to say "welcome!" to our new subscribers that signed up over
the weekend. Thank you for your interest in these
"encouragements", and I pray that they will bless you and yours!
Feel free to share them with others. Most of our readers do forward them on to
their friends and loved ones, and I know a lot of you even print them out to
read later or give to someone that doesn't have a computer. I really do
appreciate you doing that.....and it makes you "part" of this
ministry which, by the way, was founded and established on Hebrews
3:13~~~"encourage one another daily, while it is called Today".
Have you ever noticed that the word "Today" is capitalized?
Not only in the King James version, but in every other version and translation
of this scripture that I have read.....I find that verrry
interesting!
Obedience,
to God's Word, is the "key" that opens the "door" to God's
blessings in our life. You can find that "principle" all
through the Bible. All of His blessings are preceded with
"instructions"....however, He will never tell us to do something
that He has not enabled and equipped us to do. Neither will He force
us to follow His instructions......we have to "choose" to be
obedient!
If
you "choose" to obey the instructions that The Lord gave us in
Hebrews 3:13, and will "encourage" someone Today (and every day),
then not only will you have the blessings that come from being obedient, but
you will also be "encouraged"! We reap what we sow!!
