Good Morning!

Yesterday, we talked about being thankful "in" the midst of any and all circumstances and we saw in God's Word that this is the will of God for every Christian.  All through the Bible we can find His general will for all people.  But He also has Individual purposes and plans for individual lives.

God has a purpose and plan, for you personally, that was prearranged and pre-designed just for you.  He has a "path" that has been ordained by Him for you to walk in.  His plan for you is a "good plan with a good purpose", and His will for your personal life is included in that plan.

What you want for your life, or what someone else might want for you, may not be what The Lord wants for you.  For example, you may want to be a teacher, either in church or public schools.  That in itself is not a "bad" thing, but it may not be the plan that The Lord has for you.  Another example...maybe someone wants you to be involved in something that might even be a "good" thing to do, but there again it may not be in the will of God for
you.

The Lord will let you do anything you want to do and go anywhere you want to go, because He has given you the right to "choose".  And please understand this: even if you make "wrong" choices.  God is not going to stop loving you! That will never happen!!

The safest place you can ever be is on the "path" that The Lord has for you, and the most rewarding and fulfilling thing you can ever do is get in on His "plan" for your life.  Next week we will talk about how we can know what the will of God is for us.
