Good Morning!
"A Word in due season"
I will continue sharing about the importance of
"thanking The Lord" for His Covenant promises
that we find in His written Word. You may want to refer
back to the Encouragement that I sent out on March 18,
because that is where I listed the scriptures that I am
using in this message of THANK YOU "notes". If we
can use these "notes" concerning the scriptures
about God's 3-point plan for financial increase, then we
can also apply them to any and all of His Promises to
bless us! In that Encouragement, I gave two scriptures
about the first "point" in the 3-point plan, which is
TITHE. Yesterday, my thank you "note" related to the
Malachi scriptures, and today I will relate to the
scriptures in Proverbs 3:9-10. After I READ, TRUST,
and APPLY this promise to my personal life, then
I choose to OBEY His instructions, BELIEVE His
integrity, and RECEIVE His promise! I do
that by opening my mouth and "speaking" His WORD back to
Him in my prayer of "thanksgiving'!
Father, I have chosen to honor you with the
first-fruits of all of my income, and so now I want to
thank you for your faithfulness to watch over your Word
to perform it. Thank you, Father that all of my storage
places shall be filled with plenty
and even "overflowing"!
This is just an example of my "thanksgiving" to
Him . . . actually, when I begin to offer up Praise and
Thanks to my Father . . . it includes much more than I
have shared, but He is just wanting me to let all of us
see how important it is to open our mouths and THANK Him
. . . that is what let's Him know that we are ready to
RECEIVE His Covenant promises! We need to
THANK Him "before" we SEE it manifested in our lives.
That is what the Bible calls "FAITH"! We thank Him
"before" we have it, and we continue to thank Him after
we have it!! I pray that some of you are being
encouraged by these THANK YOU "notes"! I will move on
to the second point in God's 3-point plan in my next
Encouragement ~~~~~~
