Morning!
From
time to time, The Holy Spirit will let me know that I need to stop and share
a "song" in my Encouragements. He has always been faithful to
"confirm" that it was because someone needed to hear it!
Sometimes, they are songs that He has anointed me to write . . . sometimes
they are just familiar hymns or choruses that other people have written.
The one He wants me to share today is one that He gave me when I was going
through a "personal" storm, just as some of you may be
going through right now. However, He intends for this to be a two-fold
message! He wants to "encourage" someone who is going
through "spiritual" storms of life, and also someone who may be fearful
of "earthly" storms . . . such a tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.
In either case . . . FEAR NOT! FOR THE LORD IS WITH YOU, AND HE WILL
PROTECT YOU AND GIVE YOU PEACE! Think about the words of this song ~~~~

SINCE THE WORLD BEGAN . . . STORMS HAVE BEEN TROUBLING MAN;
STORMS
OF SICKNESS AND POVERTY . . . STORMS TO SEE IF YOUR HOUSE WILL STAND!
JESUS
NEVER SAID THAT WE . . . WOULD GO THROUGH THIS LIFE "STORM-FREE",
BUT,
HE DID SAY, "DON'T LOOK AT THE STORM, ALWAYS
KEEP YOUR EYES ON ME!

WAS JUST SAILING ALONG . . . NOTHING WAS GOING WRONG;

ALL OF A SUDDEN, WITHOUT ANY WARNING . . . HERE CAME THIS TERRIBLE STORM!

DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY . . . I GOT ANGRY AT THE LORD, AND I CRIED;
THEN
I HEARD JESUS, SPEAKING TO ME . . . HE SAID "WE ARE GOING TO THE OTHER
SIDE"!
AND
I FOUND PEACE IN THE MIDST OF MY STORM;
I
FOUND PEACE IN THE MIDST OF MY STORM . . . I FOUND PEACE!
EVEN
THOUGH YOUR "STORMS" ARE REAL, DON'T BE MOVED BY WHAT YOU FEEL!
IF
THE LORD JESUS IS IN YOUR BOAT, HE CAN KEEP IT ON AN EVEN KEEL!
YOU
NEED TO GET A VISION OF HIM SPEAKING TO THE WAVES AND THE WIND,
WHEN
YOU PICTURE HIM GOING ON BACK TO REST . . . THEN YOU CAN REST IN HIM!
AND
YOU CAN HAVE PEACE IN THE MIDST OF YOUR STORM;

We are finding out in
Psalms 91 that we have a "protection plan" and an
"insurance policy" that covers any and every kind of storm that
may be trying to come against us. Whether your storms are "personal", or
the earthly kind of storms that are "forecast" for your area .
. . Guess what? ~~~~
GOD HAS GOT YOU
"COVERED"! I encourage you to say that "out loud"!
Just open your mouth and say . . . "God's got me
covered"! Okay! Now, you are talking
"covenant-talk"!
