Morning!
In
my last encouragement, I was talking about the "ditches" that the
devil digs. The last one I mentioned is a "ditch of deception"
(actually, all of his "ditches" are there to
"deceive" us)! However, The Lord has made a "way of
escape" to keep us from falling in to the enemy's ditch.....It is by
"knowing the TRUTH" and by "walking in LOVE"!
If you have forgotten which "ditch" I said I would be talking about today,
just keep reading....I will be bringing it up!
As
you know, "forgiveness" is absolutely necessary in order to walk in
God's kind of Love.....you cannot separate one from the other! You can't
say, "Well, I love them, but I just can't forgive them and I believe that
God understands". If you "believe" that God
"understands", then you are "believing a lie"! God
will "forgive" your sin of "unforgiveness" (it is
a sin), and He will continue to "love" you, but He will never
say that He "understands". He is not going to tell you that it
is "okay" for you to keep bitterness, resentment and unforgiveness
in your heart! Think about what I just said!
The Lord will continue to
"love" you even though He does not "approve, accept or
condone" your bad "behavior"! Isn't this the way
"we" are with our "children"? We don't always
"approve" of what they do or say, but that does not mean that we do
not "love" them! Are you getting this? I am not talking
to people that "refuse" to forgive others....I am talking to people
that chose to forgive someone for what they did or said, but then the
devil tells them that they have not "really" forgiven that
person because they still don't "like" their behavior.
Wow! I really
try to make everything "simple" for you all, but sometimes it
is hard to "explain" what God has revealed to me! So, I
will just pray that The Holy Spirit will reveal it all to you! After
all, HE is the only one that can impart "revelation knowledge" to
you....all I can do is "point you in the right direction! Like I
say all the time.....I just work here!
Father, thank you for opening
the eyes of our understanding and revealing to us the simple "Truth"
of your Word!
