T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for Mar. 03, 2005

Morning!
I
am excited about what The Lord wants to do with this "encouragement"
today! I am going to use the "song" that I shared with
you yesterday, and let the precious Holy Spirit give us a "revelation"
of the words that are in this song. I pray that He will show us that
they are more than just "words that we sing"...they are "words
of life, and words of "Truth"! It is the
"Truth" that makes us FREE!
Okay....I am going to take "one line
at a time"~~~~~
The first line says..."How great is
our God....How great is His Name". It would take me forever to give
you the scriptures that talk about how "great" God is. We can
read from Genesis to the book of Revelation about the "greatness" of
God! There is no person or no thing that is
greater that Almighty God! He is greater than any of your problems or
circumstances! He is greater than anything the enemy
could ever bring against you! Now, think about this....if you
have accepted Jesus as your Lord, then this "greater one" lives on
the inside of you! (1John 4:4).
The other thing that the first line says
is..."How great is His Name"! Here are some scriptures
that you can read concerning that "truth"~~~~~Read Philippians
2:9-11, John 14:13-14, Psalms 124:8, Joel 2:32 and there are so many more...I
encourage you to use your concordance and look up all the scriptures that
talk about the name of Jesus! I don't think we really
realize how much "authority" Jesus gave us when He gave us His
"name'! Wow! "How great is His Name"!
Well, I have only "touched" upon
the first line of the song, so I guess I will have to continue
this tomorrow (and maybe a day or two after that). I don't know about
you, but I want to hear the "rest of the story"!
