Morning!
I want
to share a scripture with you, and then I want to share one of my
songs~~~~ the scripture is Psalms 57:1 (from the Amplified Bible).....the last
part of that verse says, "in the shadow of Your wings will I take refuge
and be confident until calamities and destructive storms are passed."
I have embraced this covenant promise from The Lord, in the midst of
"natural" storms and "spiritual" storms. God has
always been faithful to "watch over His Word to perform it"!
(Jeremiah 1:12)
I
encourage you to read all of Psalms 57:1....and remember to
"call upon the Name of the Lord whenever you are going through
"storms", whether they are natural ones or spiritual
ones......now, for the song~~~~~~~~~~~~
When the storms of life surround you, and when your mind with doubt
is filled;
call upon the Name
of The Lord Jesus....hear Him say "Peace.....be still."
When you think
you're going under, reach out and take the Master's hand;
call upon the Name
of The Lord Jesus....He will make you able to stand!
When you think
"it's just not worth it"...when you think "nobody cares";
call upon the Name
of The Lord Jesus...He will let you know HE CARES!
Those that call upon the Name.....the Name;
those that call upon His wonderful Name;
those that call upon the Name of The Lord,
shall NEVER BE AFRAID!
