T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for June 15, 2007

Morning!
I want
to use a situation from my own personal life as an "example" of a
principle that we really need to think about ~~~~~ My youngest granddaughter
was staying with me and she asked me if I would fix her a snack.
I was busy doing something at the time, so I told her to just wait a few
minutes and I would do what she asked me to do. So, she sat down at
her little table and was very quiet. Well, I got busy doing
something else, and in a little while I heard her little sweet voice singing .
. . "I'm wayyyy-ting"! I have to laugh every time I tell this
story. However . . . as I was thinking about that today . . . I heard
the Lord begin to "speak" and this is what He had to say ~~~~
"So
many times, I am wanting to talk to my people and to reveal my Covenant
to them, and to bring them up to higher places with me, and to spend time with
them, and to love on them, and to show them what their purpose in life is, and
to fix their problems, and to let them know how much I care for them. They
are waiting for ME to fix their problems, and I am "waiting"
for them to come to me with their "faith", not just
their "needs"! My hand is not moved by "needs",
my hand is only moved by "faith"! So, I am waiting for them to
take time, out of their busy schedule, to come to My
"table" with their faith and listen to what I have to
say and then they will see what I have already prepared for them! So
today, I am saying to my people, who are too busy for me, these words ~~~
I'M
WAYYY-TING"! Thus saith The Lord!
Thank
you Father, for "speaking the truth in love" to us today, and for
reminding us that if we find ourselves "wondering" why you aren't
fixing our problems, it could be because of the fact that You are
"waiting" on us to spend time with you!
This
is the only way that we will ever be able to have the "faith" that
we need in order to "receive" all that the Lord has for us!
I will not be sending any
Encouragements out next week . . . but, I will be back with you on Monday,
June 25th. Take time to "spend" time with HIM!
