T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for June 14, 2007

I
have been called to bring "encouragement" to God's people and to
"equip" them for the work of their ministry!
Everything that The Lord tells me to say or do, is to help others find their
purpose in life and to bring them into a closer relationship with Jesus,
and to bring them up higher in their walk with The Lord! I have said
this before, but I need to say it again . . . The Lord is desiring to lift
us up to a "higher plane" of MATURITY and INTIMACY with Him!
It is all part of His "plan" for such a time as this! He gave
me a word recently saying that it is time for us to start moving from the
place of "wanting more FROM God" . . . to the place of
"wanting more OF God"! Oh, precious ones, can you hear Him
calling to you now? The most important thing that you can do in
order to have Peace and Joy in your life, is to answer the "call"! This
could involve answering the "call" on your life for
"ministry", or just answering the "call" to desire
MATURITY and INTIMACY with Him! Oh, how He longs for us to really
"know" His love for us, so that we can not only
"fellowship" with Him in complete confidence that He loves us, but
also so that we can share His "love" with others!
I
encourage you to let this song, that The Holy Spirit is leading me to
share, become a "burning desire" in your hearts! Sing it
with me ~~~~~~
Lord,
lift me up, and let me stand . . . by faith, on Heaven's table land;
A
higher plane than I have found . . . Lord, plant my feet on HIGHER GROUND!
I'm
pressing on the upward way . . . new heights I'm gaining every day;
Still
praying as I onward bound . . . Lord, plant my feet on HIGHER GROUND!
My
heart has no desire to stay, where doubts arise and fears dismay;
though
some may dwell where these abound . . . MY prayer, MY aim
is HIGHER GROUND!
I
want to live above the "world", though satan's darts at me are
hurled;
my
faith has caught the "joyful sound . . . the song of saints on
HIGHER GROUND!
Several years ago, this
became a "burning desire" in my heart, and the 'chorus' to this
song became my "prayer song". I have been singing it ever
since, and He has answered my prayers and brought me up to higher planes, but
as He brought me up to one higher plane, I kept singing it and desiring more
and He is still answering that prayer! He will do the same for YOU!
LORD,
LIFT ME UP, AND LET ME STAND . . . BY FAITH, ON HEAVEN'S TABLE LAND;
A
HIGHER PLANE THAN I HAVE FOUND . . . LORD, PLANT MY FEET ON HIGHER
GROUND!
