Good Morning!

"Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God.........(1 John 3:1)

The very moment that we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we become God's very own children and He becomes our very own "Father"!

I am sure that most of you, who are reading this e-mail, already knew that.  However, I also know (from past experience) that it is possible to let this profound truth elude us.

During trials and tribulations, if we are not careful, we act more like "beggars" than sons and daughters.  We start pleading with God, hoping He will hear us and do something. When, in fact, we should do what any child would do and that is...just go to our loving Father and let Him know that we believe He can fix whatever needs to be fixed and then trust Him to do it. Read Hebrews 4:16 and Psalms 46:1.

Once again, let me share with you some words from one of my songs.  This is so real to me and I pray it will become real to you.

                        God can fix it..........He can fix it for you;
                        God can fix it for you.
                        You see, I know this...I know this is true;
                        God can fix it for you.

                        He wants to fix it...He wants to fix it for you;
                        God wants to fix it for you.
                        Just believe this...believe this is true;
                        God wants to fix it for you. **

I encourage you today to come as a little child and ask your loving Father to fix what needs to be fixed, and then trust Him to do it.
