Good Morning!

Last week we saw that the definition of frustration is:  being prevented from achieving an objective.  In other words, we become frustrated or disappointed when things don't go the way we want them to.  This is going to happen to all of us, but the thing we need to understand is this:  we don't have to stay that way!  The Lord will make a way of escape; He will help us; He will send encouragement.  However, we have to ASK Him for His help.

Anytime that we are trying to make something happen, in our own strength and ability, we will eventually get wrong results.  We need the Lord involved in everything we do or attempt to do!  Jesus said, "apart from Me, you can do nothing." 

So, the only way we can we can be "delivered" from all of our frustrations, disappointments and discouragements, is to call upon The Lord for His help.  BUT...there are some things we can choose to do (or not do) that could bring us to a place of  "staying delivered".  We will talk about that tomorrow.
