Good Morning!

Praising God is not only important and powerful, it is indeed a privilege!  Psalms 150:6 says, " Let everything that has breath praise The Lord."  Are you breathing?  I'm serious... if we are breathing, then that alone, should be reason enough to give God praise, and to thank Him and tell Him how good He is to us!!  Look at Hebrews 13:15; "...therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God CONTINUALLY, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His Name."

I am not trying to set up any rules and regulations about praise and thanksgiving.  It doesn't work that way.  True praise, and true thanksgiving comes from the heart...a heart that if full of sincere appreciation and gratitude for all that The Lord has done.  That kind of praise is what God desires of us.

No one who is a child of God should be forced to praise Him.  We should be more than willing, on our own, to give Him all the praise that He so deserves!!

God inhabits the praises of His people..........Praise stops the enemy from working in your life...We were created to show forth the praises of God.  We find all of these principals and many more in the Word of God.  So I encourage you today to go to His Word and let the Holy Spirit show you what you need to know, or just maybe need to be reminded about.

For some of you who have been feeling down or depressed, or like a heavy load has been placed on you, please read Isaiah 61:3...let the Lord minister to you and give you a
"garment of Praise for a spirit of heaviness".
