Good Morning!

Are you ready?  If you read Isaiah 61:3, you saw that The Lord calls us trees of "righteousness"...so, with that in mind, think about this-------a tree is not "struggling" and "trying" to BE a tree!  Are you struggling and trying to BE "righteous"?  If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you need to remember that you have been made "righteous" and it is by the "blood of Jesus" not by your "works"!  Our righteousness is of The Lord, and it has to be "accepted' by faith!

Now, that we have that "truth" established, I want to talk to you about what a tree is "not", and I pray that you will relate all of this to yourself...(remember, I am not preaching "down" to you, just sharing what The Holy Spirit has revealed to me).

>trees are not "nervous, anxious or fearful", they don't worry or fret (Have you ever seen a tree "wringing it's limbs, wondering what was going to happen to it?)

>trees are not "jealous, envious, or critical" of the tree next to them (because they are not in competition with other trees)

>trees don't murmur and complain, they don't gossip, they don't sow discord, and they don't get their "feelings hurt" (ummm, sounds like 1Corinthians 13:4-8 to me)  I encourage you to read those scriptures!  

Remember, I am just "speaking the truth in love" so that we can all grow up in "Him" (Ephesians 4:15).  More about this tomorrow!
