Morning!
I want
to take time to "Welcome" all of you that have recently requested to
receive the daily "encouragements"! Thank you for your
interest....I pray that you will be blessed, encouraged and strengthened in
your daily walk with The Lord!
Oh,
how important it is that we all do what Hebrews 3:13 tells us to
do...and that is to "encourage" one another on a daily basis.
This ministry was founded on that "scripture". However,
The Holy Spirit was not just telling "me" to do that....He was
telling YOU to do that!
You do
not have to send out "daily encouragements" over the internet in
order to do what Hebrews 3:13 tells you to do. If you really desire to
"obey" the Word of God, He will open doors and give you an
opportunity to "encourage" someone.
He
may put someone's name on your heart, and you can pick up the phone and
give them a "word of encouragement"....He may bring someone across
your path at the grocery store, or the mall, or where you work, or where you
get your hair done, or where you take your pets to be groomed, or the
dentist's office, or even in your home! The
"opportunities" to encourage someone are there....take
advantage of them! You could make a "difference" in somebody's
life.
If you have ever felt like you just needed
a "word of encouragement", then think about the fact that
someone else needs that too! Galatians 6:7 says that we will
reap whatever we sow. I encourage you to "sow" a seed of
"encouragement" to someone today.....and you will "reap" encouragement
when you need it! I know what I am talking about....I have seen this
come to pass in my own life!
All you have to do each morning, before
you get out of bed, is let The Lord know that you want to
"encourage" someone that day.....I promise you that He will give you
an opportunity to do just that! If He does it for me (and He does), then
He will do it for you!
